Finding Your Membership ID

The iOS app signs you in with your Whop Membership ID. It begins with mem_. You can find it in either place:

• Your Whop order confirmation email, on the line labelled Membership ID.
• Signed in at whop.com, under your purchases.

Trouble Signing In

• "Membership ID not found" — check for a typo, and make sure you copied the whole ID including the mem_ prefix.
• "Your membership isn't active" — your subscription has lapsed or been cancelled. Renew it on Whop and sign in again.
• "This membership isn't valid for Options Flow Heatmap" — the ID belongs to a different product. Check you copied the right one.
• "Couldn't reach the server" — a connection problem. Check your network and try again.

Managing Your Membership

Billing, renewals and cancellations are handled by Whop, not through the app or this site. Sign in at whop.com to manage your subscription.

Deleting Your Account

Your account is your Whop membership. To delete it and the data associated with it:

• Cancel your membership in your Whop account.
• Email us from your registered address asking for deletion.

We will erase your remaining data within 30 days of the request.
